Lyrachord body and Multi Soundhole

Instead of a glued wooden body, Ovation uses its characteristic Lyrachord GS bowl. It does not warp, projects forward and accounts for the feedback resistance the brand is known for on stage. The offset sound holes in the multi-hardwood epaulette and the side ports also feed sound back to the player.

Solid top with quintad Elite bracing

Under the solid spruce top works Ovation's newly developed quintad Elite bracing, designed for free top movement with stability. The CP-100 Slimline pickup with OP-4CT preamp and tuner makes sure that carries through when amplified.
