Western guitars - 12-string

12-string acoustic guitars have a scale length of 630 to 650 mm, which is the length of the vibrating strings between the nut and the bridge. They are recommended for people 13 years and older and at least 1.60 m tall. Their double string arrangement produces a particularly full and brilliant sound. In addition to the classic dreadnought or jumbo design, 12-string acoustic guitars are also available with a cutaway for better access to the highest frets and with an integrated pickup system for amplification.
