We knew from the start that one instrument alone wouldn't do justice to Toots Thielemans, one of the greatest jazz harmonica players of the 20th century and an influence on countless other musicians. So we made two.
The second instrument we built exactly to Toots specifications is the Toots Hard Bopper. Thick reed plates and long reeds give the Hard Bopper a loud, powerful sound and an incredibly fast response of the individual reeds, which makes them ideal for fast, rocking pieces:
