After your order you will receive the rental agreement by email
You will receive a brand new instrument
1. The tenant pays the above-mentioned monthly rent on the instrument. The rents are due in advance, the first when the instrument is taken over, the following ones by the 1st of each month.
2. The monthly rent paid will be credited to 50% of the purchase price when the borrowed instrument is finally purchased.
Transport costs for the return trip € 50.00 each = € 100.00 + 2 rental deposits are borne by the tenant, but will be credited in full if necessary when the rented instrument is purchased.
Any necessary repair work is not included in the rental price. Warranty services come into effect from the date of purchase.
3. Term of the rental agreement: 12 months.
If the rental agreement is not terminated at least 2 months before the end of the term, it will be extended by 12 months.
(Early termination of the rental agreement through purchase is possible at any time)
4. The seller's retention of title only expires after the purchase price has been paid in full. Delivery then takes place under extended retention of title.
5. The renter undertakes to treat the rented instrument with care. He is liable to the landlord for all damage and loss caused negligently or intentionally.
