Spanish craftsmanship with a clever sound bonus

The AMANO 4A is a 4/4 concert guitar that combines all the virtues of an authentic Spanish guitar: a genuine Spanish neck foot, a solid spruce top, and the sunburst bracing typical of premium concert guitars. As a special extra, this model features a soundport – an additional sound opening in the bout that gives you, the player, a direct, room-filling sound experience. We offer this exact instrument as B-stock: technically flawless, with minor cosmetic blemishes, at an attractive price.

Solid spruce top for a bright, direct tone

Compared to cedar, solid spruce delivers a brighter, clearer and very direct tone – ideal if you value clean string separation and a quick response. The saddle and bridge inlay are made from genuine bone, ensuring optimal vibration transmission and adding warmth and overtone richness to the sound.

The soundport: your personal sound monitor

The bout soundport is a feature you'll normally only find on custom guitars. This additional sound opening on the side of the guitar acts like your own monitor as a player – you hear yourself more clearly and in more detail, which is a real benefit when practising and fine-tuning your dynamics.

Your benefits at a glance:

• Bright tone: Solid spruce top for clear highs and excellent string separation.
• Direct self-monitoring: Innovative bout soundport for a richly detailed sound experience while playing.
• Strong sustain: Genuine Spanish neck foot for an unmatched connection between neck and body.
• Professional-grade tuning stability: Genuine bone saddles and precision nickel-plated tuners.
• Attractive entry price: As B-stock, get a Spanish workshop build for a fraction of the new price.
