Binaurally sampled voices of the Yamaha CFX and the Bösendorfer Imperial combine with the enhanced Grand Expression Modeling and Virtual Resonance Modeling (VRM) to create a vivid, richly nuanced grand piano tone. 256-note polyphony and 38 voices give you plenty of room to explore beyond the classic grand piano sound.

GrandTouch keyboard: the feel of a real grand piano

The GrandTouch keyboard has the longest key-to-fulcrum length of any Yamaha digital piano and, thanks to Linear Graded Hammers, delivers a realistic touch that is individually weighted on every key. The escapement simulation reproduces the subtle resistance point unique to a grand piano, while solid wooden white keys with synthetic ebony and ivory key tops keep your grip secure even during long practice sessions.

Powerful sound, precise pedal control

The finely tuned 3-way speaker system with Bidirectional Horn fills the room with warm, clear sound ((45 W + 25 W + 40 W) x 2). The GP Response Damper Pedal continuously detects depression depth for exceptionally nuanced half-pedalling, across all three pedals (damper, sostenuto, soft) in familiar GrandTouch quality.
