This digital audio transmission kit operates on the free 2.4 GHz band and delivers a high-resolution 24-bit signal at 44.1 kHz. The range is up to 20 metres with a latency of less than 4 ms. Each B6 pair has an automatic and fast pairing system. The built-in rechargeable batteries offer a battery life of up to 7 hours and can be quickly recharged with the supplied USB Y-cable or with the Power Case charging module included in delivery. The kit provides up to 3 charging cycles for a transmitter/receiver set. An auto-sleep mode saves battery power after 10 minutes of inactivity.

The NUX B6 is designed for saxophonists. The transmitter is fitted with a flexible clamp that adapts to any instrument. The system allows simple and secure attachment with a single movement of the hand. The electret condenser microphone is mounted on a patented suspension that reduces unwanted resonances and key clatter. The practical gooseneck format makes it easy to align the microphone capsule with the centre of the bell, depending on the saxophone model. The transmitter also offers the possibility of choosing between three modes at the touch of a button, depending on the saxophone (soprano, alto, tenor), and thus adjusting the frequency response and equalisation. For quick selection, the different modes have different colours: green for alto, yellow for tenor, red for soprano.
