Each fork in the set is tuned to its own frequency: the Delta fork at 130 Hz relates to deep, dreamless rest, the Theta fork at 134 Hz to relaxation and creativity. The Alpha fork at 139 Hz supports relaxed wakefulness and learning, while the Beta fork at 150 Hz supports everyday concentration. The Gamma fork at 188 Hz is meant for phases of high mental performance, and the Master fork at 128 Hz serves as a reference tone.
