Each bowl is tuned to one of the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) – Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water – giving you a versatile sound tool for your practice.

Developed with a TCM sound therapy expert

The tuning of the five bowls was created in collaboration with Woodie Wulin, Daoist priest and TCM sound therapy expert. Each bowl resonates at a frequency inspired by Yin & Yang and the Five Elements, letting you target specific themes in your sound work.

Five frequencies for five moods

The Wood bowl (324 Hz, ~E4) reflects change and growth, the Fire bowl (384 Hz, ~G4) warmth and expression, the Earth bowl (256 Hz, ~C4) grounding, the Metal bowl (288 Hz, ~D4) clarity, and the Water bowl (432 Hz, ~A4) depth and inner strength. Together they cover the full spectrum of tonal nuance.
