One bass note, eight octave notes – a perfectly harmonic tuning

At the centre of the drum sits a powerful bass note, surrounded by eight further tone fields. Each field is made up of two tongues that reproduce the note across two octaves – nine notes in total, tuned to the D Kurd scale (D3, A3, Bb3, C4, D4, E4, F4, G4, A4) at a tuning frequency of 440 Hertz. The result is a full, room-filling and meditative sound reminiscent of a handpan.

Thoughtful details for a compact sound and a secure stand

On the underside of the drum is a sound hole that you can close with the included silicone plug for an even more compact and focused tone. Three non-slip silicone feet keep the drum securely in place while you play, whether on a table or on your lap. Play it with the included mallets or directly with your fingers.
