The 88 keys with weighted hammer action and the Ivory Touch Pro surface deliver a natural, tactile playing feel close to an acoustic piano. The high-resolution Steinway D274 sample, with over 1 GB of memory, and 256-note polyphony ensure that even demanding passages and pedal work never drop a note.

Powerful sound and smart control

The two-way speaker system with 2 x 30 watts (two bass/mid-range speakers and two tweeters aimed at the pianist) fills the room with a rich, direct sound. Through the GEWA Piano Remote App and the OLED display with illuminated soft-touch buttons, you can access all 41 high-resolution sounds, the virtual piano technician for fine-tuning string resonance, half-pedal behaviour or tuning, and the lesson function for structured practice.

Fully connected for practice, recording and silent play

Bluetooth Audio/MIDI lets you connect a tablet or smartphone wirelessly, while USB lets you record your playing as MIDI or WAV files. The split/layer function combines up to three sounds at once, and two headphone outputs make the UP 540 an ideal silent piano for practising together without disturbing anyone.
