The Flauto Rondo stands for a warm, balanced sound across all registers, which can be achieved even without perfect breathing technique and blends well within the ensemble. The wood of choice is therefore maple or pearwood. Rondo flutes are available in all sizes, from sopranino to great bass. All Rondos with Baroque fingering have double holes or double keys, as only these guarantee clean chromaticity.
The Rondo is the ideal instrument for recorder players who want to play music with others on a reliable and affordable instrument. With the Rondo, you don't have to fear solo playing either.
